1) Codecs vary depending on smartphone manufacturer - all leading smartphone manufacturers support one or more state-of-the-art Bluetooth audio codecs, e.g.: Apple, Samsung, HTC, LG, Blackberry, Motorola, Asus, Sony, Oppo, Nokia, Sharp, Fujitsu, Vernee, ...
2) If an Audi-Music-Interface (AMI) is already installed, this must either be unplugged or the emulator deactivated. Title display and control via the radio are not available without an emulator, but music playback still works.

If the software is older, the radio can be updated, please contact your AUDI partner. Otherwise, basic functions can be operated directly via the multifunction steering wheel.

AMI must be encoded via VAS or VCDS, the encoding is described in the instructions. If necessary, contact your local AUDI partner.
