Phone and AMI must be encoded via VAS or VCDS, the encoding is described in the instructions. If necessary, contact your local AUDI partner.
Telephone menu (Concert/Symphony):
Music streaming: All Chorus/Concert/Symphony radios can play music in HiFi stereo quality. Radios Concert/Symphony from software SW 0200 (SETUP->SETTINGS->Version information) can display the title/album/artist via the Audi Music Interface (AMI) emulation in addition to pure music playback and control the music via the radio:

That's what I was looking for: Bluetooth hands-free calling and music streaming for my Concert Radio! The original Audi hands-free system only supports telephone and has had problems with the connection since the last smartphone update. Replaced without further ado by the VOCOMO kX-3 and loved it! Sound quality very good, connection fast and reliable thanks to current Bluetooth 5.1. All the functions of the original hands-free system are supported (telephone book, caller ID, ...) and I can now also stream music, even with a title display and operation via the steering wheel and radio!
Also interesting: You can connect 2 smartphones at the same time, really great if you have a professional and a private cell phone!
Conclusion: Better than the original and a clear recommendation for everyone with Concert/Symphony radio!
